Bob Says: No. You won't hurt your car. The engine will gradually warm up by it's self as you drive. The only two differences with running the car awhile before driving it and starting it up and going is you will be warm and alert versues cold and shivering

1. Change you air filter
2. Change your fuel filter
3. Use proper tire pressure in your tires
4. Use slow steady acceleration when taking off
