The day started out great both my girls did there home work after dinner, we had to look up a few things in a hugh heavy encyclopidia, after looking up what we needed out of the book, my youngest daughter struggled to take it across the roomand she laid it flat on the bench across the room. We then all sat down to watch the movie Nemo, after the movie both girls got their showers and they went to bed early. They both had to be up for school in the morning but I had the day off the next morning so I thought I would go downstairs in the basement and play on the computer for a little while. As I sat talking to a few friends online I heard a strange thud, I thought maybe my 51/2 year old had fallen out of her bed, I went upstairs to investigate and see if it was her, she was sound asleep and still in her bed as I had left her when she fell asleep. So I though maybe her older sister had gotten up so I went upstairs to check on her, she was sound asleep also with the dog laying beside her. So I went back down and started to look in my bed room to see if maybe something had fallen over in there, nothing had been moved so I went to the living room, as I walked into the room I noticed the hugh book the girls were looking into for their homework laying in the middle of the floor. Thinking nothing of it I picked the book back up and closed it and put it flat on the bench as my daughter had done earlier that evening. I just figured maybe she had not laid it up there very well and it had fallen off the bench itself.
I went back downstairs and told my friend I was back, she asked what happened and I told her about it, when all the sudden I heard the noise again but louder this time I ran upstairs faster than I ever have, and the book was in the middel of the room yet once again, and I looked at the pages it was opened to this time and it was opened to a page about ghosts, I left it laying there and went downstairs again and told my friend what had happened, I was freaking out about then and heard footsteps above my head, I told her I had to go that I needed to go cause I was starting to freak out by this time. I went upstairs went to the living room to put the book away, and it was no longer in the middle of the room. It was back on the bench but standing up and open. I didn't look at the pages it was opened to I just closed the book and put it in the coffee table and clased the door then went to bed. I did not want to know what they, he, she or whatever was trying to tell me I just wanted to go to bed and forget the hole thing even happened. I went to bed and heard nothing the rest of the night. But when I woke up and went to get the girls up for school, my daughter walked into the living room then came out and asked me why I took the book off the bench and throw it on the couch, I asked her what she was talking about, I went into the living room to find the book was on the couch opened to the same page I seen the night before. Believe it or not, I know I put that book in the coffee table and shut the door on it before I went to bed. I now believe there are ghosts to this day! No one can change my mind about this now!
